1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

2. How to Initiate a Return

Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
3. Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us with proof of the issue.
